These are our selection of rare, aged-on-the hoof beef meat. Most of this meat is from tender, older cows. There is more fat on the meat, more flavor, and spectacular tenderness.

As with all our meat, this is also dry-aged 14-28 days before it is cut and packed.

When we have it in stock, we have it. And when we don't, we don't.
