We ship UPS overnight throughout the contiguous 48 states and Washington D.C. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive an email confirming your order. You also will receive an email when your items have been shipped.
We ship every Tuesday. All orders must be received before 12:00 PM MST on Monday to guarantee Tuesday shipment. Any order after 12:00 PM MST will be shipped the following Tuesday.

All orders are packaged frozen and will arrive frozen.
We package our meats in air tight vacuum sealed packs. All items are shipped in cardboard boxes lined with 1” thick foam insulation. We then add gel packs to ensure the meat remains frozen until you put in in your home freezer. If you have any questions, please Contact us.
