Once again we are selling all natural, grass-fed, grass-finished, Chama Valley lamb. They summer on our mountain ranch, browsing on shrubs that our cattle and yaks won't eat. They help clean up the forests, and are an important cog in our regenerative practices. The animals are healthy, the ecosystem is healthy, and the meat is healthful. The most important thing, though: this is the best lamb you'll ever eat.
