We are lucky to offer lamb from the Bar 2 Bar ranch again this year. Justin (the owner of the lamb) winters his flock just over the mountains near Antonito, CO and brings them to our (and our neighbors’) mountain ranch for summer grazing. All natural, grass-fed, grass-finished, mountain lamb.
We are offering a limited number of whole, processed and vacuum packed lamb, available in January and February of 2023. These lambs will provide about 50 lbs of meat. The price is $630 picked up or $680 delivered. Shipping can also be arranged.
If you are interested, select and pay your deposit. We’ll give you an estimated ready-by date. You’ll have a choice of either as-many-steaks-as-possible or chops and some roasts.
