I've gotten into braising. So many delicious dishes. So tender. Great leftovers. Easy preparation. My kids asked me to stop with the Instant Pot. Okay, fine. So now I just pop stuff in the oven in the morning, and it's ready that night.
I'm irreverent, too. I braise different cuts together at the same time. If they can be prepared the same way, why not cook as much as possible?
