What's for Dinner? - 20 lbs of Beef Choices For Quick, Delicious Meals

REGENERATIVE PRACTICES
GRASS FED & FINISHED
PURE & NATURAL
RAISED IN NEW MEXICO

Sometimes we get home at the end of the day with the kids, and my wife and I tiredly ask each other, "What's for dinner?" Or, sometimes my wife is dashing my daughter off to school, has a full day planned and hollers to me as she's leaving, "You're in charge of dinner tonight!" These beef selections are the standbys we keep handy for those occasions.

All of these packages will thaw quickly in tap water. Some of the cuts can be cooked with no advance planning (burgers, minute steaks), others (strew, meatloaf) require a small amount of prep.

This 20 lb collection requires less than 1 cu ft of freezer space. The packages are small and will squeeze into almost any kitchen freezer. You don't need a special "meat" freezer.

    This collection includes:

    • 9 lbs Grass-fed and Grass-finished Ground Beef
    • 4 lbs Grass-fed and Grass-finished Tenderized Minute (Cube) Steaks
    • 4 lbs Grass-fed and Grass-finished Stew Meat
    • 3 lbs Grass-fed and Grass-finished Top Sirloin Steaks
    • 1 Pack Snack Stick - Beef

Why this is the best tasting Beef you’ve ever eaten

Our meats are the best you’ve ever tasted because we control the entire supply chain. Our yaks are bred, born and raised on our ranches while Robert purchases all our cattle from our neighbors or from local auction houses. In the summers the animals enjoy the high mountain energy dense grasses and snow-fed spring waters on our Wolf Creek Ranch. In the winters we move the yaks and cattle to our lower elevation farm 20 miles from the ranch where they eat Timothy hay that was grown either on our farm or neighboring farms. Our processing is done either in Chama by a craft butcher or by another craft butcher in Colorado. Also, our team members all have historic ranching roots in the Chama Valley, giving them a deep knowledge of animal husbandry and regenerative grazing practices of the region.
